Just One Wish

Story:
Seventeen-year-old Annika Truman knows about the power of positive thinking. With a little brother who has cancer, it's all she ever hears about. And in order to help Jeremy, she will go to the ends of the earth (or at least as far as Hollywood) to help him believe he can survive his upcoming surgery.

But Annika's plan to convince Jeremy that a magic genie will grant him any wish throws her a curveball when he unexpectedly wishes that his television idol would visit him. Annika suddenly finds herself in the desperate predicament of getting access to a hunky star actor and convincing him to come home with her.

I had just finished this book and writing this immediately after.. The book is really a must read .. The characters feel so real that they connect to you from the first. The events are predictable but even though that it was really an enjoyable read. It had been a privilege to read such a touching story about a brother and a sister and the love and the bond that they share together. The main protagonists are really very inspiring and not for a moment feel that they are fictional. At parts it answers our questions about fairy tales coming  true our any of our worst nightmares.

Forever(The Wolves of Mercy Falls #3)

The exams are just over and the Christmas air has settled down in my school..but along comes the scholastic book fair from where I buy all YA novels that I have.. To begin with, this year we bought Forever by Maggie Steifvater henceforth finishing our shiver series... I don't know quiet why the author dragged so much in Sam and Grace point of view and ran so fast in Cole and Isabelle... The whole book was kinda slow and towards the end it felt like you were running so fast and need some air.. I was a little disappointed in this book 'when I had waited so long, as the first two in the series had been so good... Sorry, Maggie but this one was definitely not the best in the shelves

Leaving Paradise (Leaving Paradise #1)

I cant believe this book... It is an exceptionally beautiful book that had me enchanted for few days.... It doesn't go as the usual boy meets girl and falls for her story ... Its a journey of two lives how they found hope, and love in the last person they would ever find it in.. Big congratulations for the author for ever written this book .. And a big salute..
Sorry I cant write more as my exams are nearing and Ihave to go back to the land of equations and number but till then its a sad goodbye...

Shiver(The Wolves of Mercy Falls #1)

The thrill to just hold the book and just stare into the depths of the cover is just awesome... Most of the books that I have are from my school sale and I must say they come in cheaper rates for students...So this too joins the list...

Grace had always felt connected to the wolves in the woods near her house.. Especially to the one with yellow eyes.. And always waited for the winter to see 'her wolf'..

Sam loved his summergirl..He had always watched her from the woods... He always feared he would lose her and his humanity...

When they finally meet, it was a bit late 'coz it was his last year and the time is running just too fast.... Now Grace and Sam must fight to stay together...

Angel

When I first read the preview of this book in paper , I was quite exited to read it.. and then it came in our school book fair... I was literally jumping up and down when I saw it on the shelf.. I and my sister ,we bought the book and we started reading it as soon as our exams were over..

The book keep you hooked to it till the last page is turned.. The thing I loved about the book is that it does not have loose strategies.. Its unique complete and wonderful.. The story line is awesome and unexpected threats to the pair just races up your heart beat.. It is not full of chasing and defending but also has some sweet moments in it... I mean like really very sweet and cute moments.. The character's personalities are not so fictional and can be easily related to anybody....

 Story:
Angels are all around us: beautiful, awe-inspiring, irresistible.

Ordinary mortals yearn to catch a glimpse of one of these stunning beings and thousands flock to The Church of Angels to feel their healing touch.
But what if their potent magnetism isn't what it seems?
Willow knows she's different from other girls. And not just because she loves tinkering around with cars.
Willow has a gift. She can look into people's futures, know their dreams, their hopes and their regrets, just by touching them. But she has no idea where she gets this power from.

Until she meets Alex…
Alex is one of the few who know the truth about angels. He knows Willow's secret and is on a mission to stop her.
The dark forces within Willow make her dangerous – and irresistible.
In spite of himself, Alex finds he is falling in love with his sworn enemy.
